We provide counselling and therapy for a wide range of issues. Sometimes people face highly significant challenges that require intensive therapy to produce change. This means that sessions occur multiple times a week and for longer durations. While it is not very often that people require these services, we have begun to offer this as an option for people in which a weekly appointment or two was not meeting their needs.
